1. What CitizenPass is (and isn’t)

CitizenPass provides statistical, educational information about U.S. naturalization timelines and the civics test, compiled from public government data and voluntary community submissions. CitizenPass is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice or legal services, and is not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship. For advice about your individual case, consult a licensed attorney or a DOJ-accredited representative.

2. Estimates are estimates

Timelines, predictions, and “windows” are statistical estimates derived from public data and community reports. They are not guarantees, and actual case processing varies. You agree not to rely on them for legal deadlines or decisions.

3. Accounts and the free trial

Accounts are created by email using a one-time sign-in link; we do not store passwords. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since anyone with access to it can sign in as you. You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@citizenpassusa.com.

Free trial: when you create an account you receive 7 days of full Journey Pass access at no cost. We do not ask for a payment card, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing can be charged to you. When the 7 days end, paid features simply stop and your account continues on the free tier. One trial per person.

4. The Journey Pass

The Journey Pass is a one-time purchase, sold in two lengths: $29 (USD) for 12 monthsor $49 (USD) for 24 months from the date of purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Buying again extends your existing end date rather than replacing it, so you never lose time you have already paid for.

All sales are final. Because the free trial in §3 gives you full access to everything the Journey Pass includes before you pay anything, purchases are not refundable. Please use the trial to decide.

Two exceptions, which we will always honour: if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or if a paid feature was unavailable for an extended period during your Pass, email support@citizenpassusa.com and we will put it right. Nothing in this section limits any refund right you have under applicable law.

5. CitizenPass Pro (subscription)

CitizenPass Pro is a recurring subscription of $29 (USD) per month or$290 (USD) per year, intended for licensed attorneys and DOJ-accredited representatives managing multiple matters. It renews automatically until cancelled.

Cancelling: you may cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing support@citizenpassusa.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not prorate or refund partial months, except where required by law or at our discretion in the first 30 days.

Your client data: matter labels and dates you enter remain visible only to your account. If you cancel, you may export your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it. CitizenPass provides information about published processing times; it does not manage, file, or advise on any case, and you remain solely responsible for your professional obligations to your clients.

6. Community submissions

Timeline submissions are voluntary and are published only in aggregate — never as an individual record, and never with your name or email attached. If you choose to give an email address with a submission we store it so we can contact you about that submission; that field is optional and leaving it blank changes nothing else. By submitting, you grant us a license to use the dates and office you provide in aggregated statistics. Do not submit A-Numbers, receipt numbers, or other identifying details — we don’t want them, and we strip them from free-text notes automatically.

7. Acceptable use

No scraping, no false submissions, no attempts to identify other users, no resale of data, and no use of the service to provide legal advice to third parties in a way that misrepresents the source or reliability of the underlying data.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indigo Biosolutions LLC’s total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site and, where we have your email address, by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
